Baked Walleye with Mushrooms & Onions 
Baked Walleye Smothered with Mushrooms and Onions

Ingredients
4 walleye pink fillets
6-8 T melted butter
1 T lemon juice
3/4-1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt butter in small fry pan.
3. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to melted butter. Stir to combine.
4. Dip fish in melted butter and place in shallow baking pan.
5. Sautee mushrooms and onions in remaining melted butter until mushrooms are golden brown.
6. Spread mushrooms and onions evenly over fish filets.
7. Bake 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes.
 
Makes 4 servings.
