Ingredients |
4 walleye pink
fillets |
6-8 T melted
butter |
1 T lemon juice |
3/4-1 cup sliced
mushrooms |
1/3 cup finely
chopped onions |
salt and pepper
to taste |

Directions |

Preheat oven to
350 degrees. |

Melt butter in
small fry pan. |
3. |
Add salt, pepper
and lemon juice
to melted
butter. Stir to
combine. |

Dip fish in
melted butter
and place in
shallow baking
pan. |

Sautee mushrooms
and onions in
remaining melted
butter until
mushrooms are
golden brown. |

Spread mushrooms
and onions
evenly over fish
filets. |

Bake 350 degrees
F for 15-20
minutes until
fish flakes. |
