Broiled Walleye with Herbed Lemon Butter

Ingredients
4 walleye fillets (about 2#)
1/4 cup melted butter
2 T lemon juice
2 T chopped parsely
1/4 t dill
1/4 t rosemary or marjoram
1/4 t salt
1/8 t coarsely ground pepper
 
Directions
1. Remove bones from walleye.
2. Line broiler pan with foil and place fillets on foil.
3. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Combine remaining ingredients and baste on fillets.
5. Place broiler pan 4 inches from heat and broil, allowing 10 minutes cooking time per inch of thickness.  DO NOT turn fish.
6. Baste several times during cooking.
 
Makes 4 servings.
