Walleye with
Herbed Lemon

Ingredients |
4 walleye
fillets (about
2#) |
1/4 cup melted
butter |
2 T lemon juice |
2 T chopped
parsely |
1/4 t dill |
1/4 t rosemary
or marjoram |
1/4 t salt |
1/8 t coarsely
ground pepper |

Directions |

Remove bones
from walleye. |
2. |
Line broiler pan
with foil and
place fillets on
foil. |
3. |
Sprinkle lightly
with salt and
pepper. |
4. |
Combine
remaining
ingredients and
baste on
fillets. |
5. |
Place broiler
pan 4 inches
from heat and
broil, allowing
10 minutes
cooking time per
inch of
thickness.
DO NOT turn
fish. |
6. |
Baste several
times during
cooking. |
