Ingredients |
2 walleye
fillets |
1/2 t dried dill
or 2 t fresh
dill |
3-4 peppercorns |
1 8-0z cream
cheese |
1 cup shredded
cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup mayo |
1 t hot sauce |
1 t chipotle hot
sauce |
1 T chopped
fresh chives |
1 T chopped
fresh parsley |
1/2 lemon |

Directions |

In a small fry
pan, poach
fillets in 1 cup
water seasoned
with dill and
peppercorns.
This should take
about 4 minutes.
When the fish
turns white it
is done. Remove
from water and
drain on paper
towel. |

Combine softened
cream cheese,
cheddar, mayo,
hot sauces,
chives, parsley,
and fish. Mix
well. |

Pour into glass
pie plate. |

Bake 400 degrees
F 10-15 minutes. |

If you prefer a
crusty top,
broil for an
additional five
minutes. |
