Ingredients |
1/2 t cajun
spice |
1/4 cup BBQ
sauce + extra
for brushing |
Lemon pepper to
taste |
Walleye, cubed
to desired size |
Bacon (par
cooked) enough
to wrap each
cube of fish |

Directions |

In a small bowl
combine cajun
spice, BBQ sauce
and lemon
pepper. Stir
until combined. |

Add walleye
pieces and
marinate
overnight. |
3. |
Wrap each
walleye piece in
bacon and place
on a wooden or
metal skewer. |

Brush with
reserved BBQ
sauce. |

Grill. |
