Zatarin's
New Orleans Style Zatarain's Fish Fri

1. Completely cover each fillet in Zatarain's breading mix.
2. Fry in hot oil 2-3 minutes on each side in a cast iron fry pan.
3. Drain on paper towel.
   
  Super quick. Super Good.
  Easy to use for SHORE LUNCHES
   
  Zatarain's can be purchased online, or at most grocery stores, or Walmart. There are a variety of seasonings to choose from.
   

 
Secret Sauce
Secret Sauce for Pan Fried Walleye

1/4 cup mayo
Add the following (to taste):
  Horseradish
  Heinz 57
  Yellow Mustard
 
Mix together.
