Boat Parade
The Annual Independence Day Boat Parade was held at 12:00 noon on July 4th. Congratulations to the 2025 winners.

Unfortunately, due to declining participation, the Lake Miltona Association will no longer be coordinating future parades. Thank you to everyone who has taken part in the 4th of July parade in previous years.

Board Meetings
The Board meets quarterly (Jan, Apr, Jun, Oct) at 9 AM at LJ's Restaurant in Miltona on the second Saturday of the month. Association members are welcome to listen in.

Fundraiser
Our LMA Fundraiser is an annual event that brings Lake Miltona neighbors and friends together to celebrate lake living, and raise money to support the well being and health of our beautiful Lake Miltona. If you have not attended in the past, mark your calendar and join the fun! It is an evening that promises good food, good conversation, and lots of raffle fun. If you are new to the lake, this event is a great way to meet new friends.
The 2025 Fundraiser is Saturday, August 9th at the Leaf Valley Township Hall. Tickets are $20 per person which includes dinner, beer/wine, and a chance to win money from the fundraiser raffle drawing. Children aged 16 and under (when accompanied by an adult) will be admitted at no charge. Tickets can be purchased at the door, or in advance at the Annual Member Meeting or from your area director in June/July.
5-7pm Buffet Meal
7-10pm Raffle Drawings
Prizes are donated by nearly 100 area merchants. See list of area merchants in the November newsletter. Please take a second to thank the merchant if you're lucky enough to win one of their donated prizes. The fundraiser would not be the fun and successful event it is without their generosity.

Member Meeting
Annual Member Meeting

Place: Miltona Community Center
Guest Speakers:
- Jerry Haggenmiller, District coordinator from Douglas County Soil & Water Conservation.
- Sami Selter, Associate Executive Director from Minnesota Lakes and Rivers.
The general meeting is a very good time to come and learn how the association works. And a perfect time to mingle and meet new lake neighbors.....and enjoy the coffee and cookies!
